Hi, I'm Anukul Saini, a product engineer for 0→1 teams. I cover the whole path from idea to working product: figuring out what to build, writing the spec, making the technical trade-offs, shipping it, and setting up the growth loop after launch.
Why founders work with me
Early-stage teams rarely have room for a separate PM, designer, and engineer. I do the product thinking and the building:

- Spec to shipped MVP. I write the PRD, then build the product in JavaScript, React, Node, and SQL when speed matters.
- AI features that actually work. Copilots, tool calling, and LLM features inside real CRM, HR, and ops tools, balancing quality, cost, and latency.

I've been the founder too
I built a consumer anime and gaming product, grew it to 800K monthly users with no paid acquisition only organic growth, and sold it in 2024 for ₹50–60 lakh. The loop that drove it (content → rankings → return traffic → more product) still shapes how I think about growth and retention.
What I do now
I own technical and AI product work for internal tools and growth surfaces. One example is a resume builder I took from a rough MVP to thousands of monthly users. Before that, I led product and go-to-market work across cybersecurity SaaS, email/SMS SaaS, HRMS and billing systems, and large learning platforms.
This site is my public product lab. It runs on a custom Ghost theme on my own server, with browser tools, games, and experiments all shipped in production.

- Validate first. Start from the pain and a success metric, then build the smallest thing that solves it.
- Ship in weeks, not quarters. A working version in users' hands beats a perfect roadmap.
- Build when it helps. Specs, prototypes, and production MVPs in the same week when you need proof.
- Stay honest about trade-offs. Clear calls on scope, cost, and AI quality, not slide decks.
