About Me
Hi, I'm Anukul Saini — a product engineer for 0→1 teams. I turn validated ideas into products people use, return to, and pay for: discovery, PRDs, technical trade-offs, shipping, and the growth loop after launch.
I'm hands-on when speed matters. I write the spec — and when the clock is tight, I ship the MVP in JavaScript, React, Node, and SQL. Lately that includes LLM features in real CRM, HR, and ops tools: copilots, tool calling, and quality / cost / latency trade-offs with engineering.
I founded a consumer anime and gaming product, grew it to 800K monthly users with no paid acquisition, and sold it in 2024 for ₹50–60 lakh. That loop — content → rankings → return traffic → more product — is still how I think about retention.
What I do now
I currently own technical and AI product work for internal tools and growth surfaces (including shipping a resume builder from a rough MVP to thousands of monthly users). Before that I led product and GTM work across cybersecurity SaaS, email/SMS SaaS, HRMS and billing systems, and large learning platforms.
This site is my public product lab: a custom Ghost theme on a VPS, browser tools end-to-end, and games and experiments shipped in production — not a static portfolio.
How I work
- Validate first — find the pain, define success metrics, then build the smallest thing that solves it.
- Ship the loop — activation, retention, and instrumentation are part of the product, not a later phase.
- Build when it helps — specs, prototypes, and production MVPs in the same week when the team needs proof.
- Partner with engineering — APIs, events, AI quality, and cost, not slide decks alone.
Proof you can click
- Case studies — products built, grown, and sold, with real outcomes.
- Free tools — a live product lab of browser utilities (resume/ATS, PDF, image, LinkedIn, and more).
- Writing — notes on product strategy, AI features, and shipping.
- How I built, grew, and sold My Otaku World
Let's talk
If you're building something that has to ship — discovery, PRDs, AI features, or an MVP when speed matters — book a short call. Thirty minutes. No pitch.
